The West High We the People team did a fantastic job this weekend at their 23rd Congressional District Hearing Competition! Out of our six units we had three teams place in their individual units and the culmination of all six teams scores resulted in 3rd place for the 23rd Congressional District.
First place -Unit 6: Rene De La Huerta, Ismael Escobedo, David Mercado, Ashley Osorio, and Estrella Ramos.
Second Place- Unit 5: Juan Constantino, Jesus Diaz Alcala, Elijah Espinoza, and Daniel Kim.
Third Place- Unit 3: Brianna Alcaraz Miranda, Carla Casillas Ledezma, Maya Gonzalez, Nichole Johnson, and Elizabeth Reyes.
