SENIOR CHECKOUT

By Friday, May 25                 Senior checkout requires final clearance

with the Registrar  by 2:00pm.  Signatures are also needed from the Textbook Office, Finance Office, Library, and Athletic Trainer’s Office. Students must bring their student I.D.  All present and past debts accrued at West or another Kern High School District school must be cleared through the Finance Office.

                                                *The trainer is on campus from 7:30am-4:30pm 

The Finance Office is open 7:30 am to 3:45 pm  At the end of each final exam period, seniors are to check in their textbooks to the Library.  Books are not to be turned in to teachers.  Check out and clearing textbook obligations will be until 3:00 p.m. each day of finals.
