We believe that all students can achieve and succeed. It is our mission to ensure all students become critical thinkers, problem-solvers and are prepared for college and/or a career.
We are excited that your student will be a West High Viking! Viking Pride has existed since 1965, and we welcome new Vikings to this culture of excellence. In August, we will welcome almost 600 incoming freshmen and several new staff members. During the 2020-2021 school year, we should have close to 2000 students enrolled and nearly 150 staff members on our campus.
The academic programs at West High are taught by talented and dedicated teachers. During the summer, our teachers will collaborate to develop and refine curriculum that uses instructional technology and hands-on strategies that are guaranteed to engage our students in the learning process.
