West High staff have developed a resource guide, which can be used by teachers and staff in dealing with problem behaviors.  This guide is beneficial in defining behaviors that can be managed in the classroom versus behaviors which can be addressed administratively. In addition, the resource guide offers suggestions and strategies for addressing problem behaviors.
