We are excited to announce the re-opening for in-person instruction for all of our West High School (WHS) students. Parents/Guardians have the option to send their child to in-person instruction or keep their child in the current distance learning format. Students who return to in-person instruction will be able to attend all of their classes. WHS will follow all appropriate safety guidelines. All staff and students will be required to wear face coverings and follow 3-foot social distancing requirements. Students and staff will be required to participate in temperature checks; hand sanitizing stations and hand sanitizer will be available on campus and water fountains will remain closed. Students will be provided lunch as they exit campus at 1:00 pm daily. The West High School COVID-19 Site Specific Plan is located on our website at west.kernhigh.org for your review. Students who remain in the distance learning format will continue to log into their classes just as they are doing now.
